STORE STATUS: COMING SOON Nothing is for sale yet, and there are no buy buttons to press. This page lays out the hardware so you can see exactly what plugs into what — when it’s real, this is where you’ll get it.

One dongle.
Every sensor plugs into it.

The diagnostics on the dashboard are the showroom — the dongle and its sensors are what make them real on your bike. Pick the job you’re doing at the bench, and the kit for that bench carries the sensor, the lead, and the hookup for it.

No sensor, no live data. This page maps every sensor to the dongle, to where it lands on the bike, and to the diagnostic it feeds.

The Dongle Map

01 / HOW IT HOOKS UP

The dongle sits at the center and talks to your phone. Every sensor below wires into it — tap a sensor to see where it goes on the bike and which diagnostic it drives.

Every circle is a real hookup on the bike. Select one to see where it lands, what it measures, and which diagnostic page runs on its data.

Hookup, Start to Finish

02 / THE JOB

Same routine for every diagnostic. The only thing that changes from job to job is which sensor you plug in.

STEP 1

Plug in the dongle

One dongle serves every bike you own. Pair it with your phone once — after that, it just shows up when you open a diagnostic.

STEP 2

Connect the sensor for the job

O2 sensor in the exhaust for AFR, vacuum pucks on the intakes for a carb sync, probes on for temperatures. The map above shows every landing spot.

STEP 3

Open the diagnostic

The matching tool page reads the dongle live. What you practiced on in the simulator is what runs for real — same screen, real numbers.

Sensor Index

03 / EVERY HOOKUP

The full list, in plain terms — what it is, where it plugs in, and the diagnostic it feeds. Diagnostic names link to the live tool pages, which run as simulators until your dongle is hooked up.

Kits by Bench

04 / WHAT YOU’LL BUY

Kits are grouped by the job on the bench, not by part number. Buy the bench you’re working — every kit includes the leads to land its sensors on the dongle. All kits are Coming Soon: listed now so you can plan the bench, sold only when they’re real.

BENCH 01 · SYNCCOMING SOON

Carb Sync Kit

Balance two, three, or four carbs off one reading. A VStar is a two-carb bike, so this same kit covers it — there is no separate VStar sync kit.

In the box

  • Vacuum / MAP pucks — start with a pair, expandable to 3 and 4
  • Vacuum hoses and fittings for the intake taps
  • In-line restrictors for a steady needle
  • Leads to land each puck on the dongle
BENCH 02 · FUELCOMING SOON

AFR Wideband Kit

Know your mixture instead of guessing at it. The wideband O2 sensor reads the exhaust and the AFR diagnostic turns it into jetting decisions.

In the box

  • Wideband O2 sensor
  • Exhaust bung for a permanent mount
  • Controller lead from sensor to dongle
  • Heat-rated cable routing sleeve
BENCH 03 · TEMPCOMING SOON

Temperature Probe Kit

Four temperature stories at once — oil, head, intake air, and exhaust gas — so heat problems show up before they cost you an engine.

In the box

  • Oil temperature probe
  • Cylinder head temperature ring sensor
  • Intake air temperature sensor
  • EGT probe for the exhaust header
  • Probe leads to land all four on the dongle
BENCH 04 · ELECTRICALCOMING SOON

Electrical & TPS Kit

Charging health and throttle position — the two electrical readings that explain a lot of “runs fine, then doesn’t” problems.

In the box

  • Battery voltage lead with fused clips
  • TPS breakout lead for live throttle sweeps
  • Leads to land both on the dongle

VStar CV40 note: the TPS adapter for the single-carb conversion is not sold on its own — it ships only with the full manifold kit below, so it can’t be separated from the conversion it was built for.

BENCH 05 · ROLLINGCOMING SOON

Tire Pressure Kit

Pressures at a glance before you roll, and a warning when one starts walking away from the other.

In the box

  • Valve-stem pressure sensors — front and rear pair
  • Seals and spares for the valve caps
  • Pairing card — the caps talk to the dongle, the dongle to your phone
BENCH 04 · ELECTRICALCOMING SOON

Compression Sensor

Cranking compression through the spark plug hole, read by the dongle instead of watched on a needle you have to be crouched next to.

In the box

  • Compression pressure sensor with plug-hole adapters
  • High-pressure hose
  • Lead to land the sensor on the dongle

BENCH 02 · FUELIN VALIDATION

CV40 Single-Carb Conversion Kit — VStar 650

The Single Stack conversion: one Harley CV40 in place of the stock pair, on a printed manifold with the vacuum port built in. The TPS adapter ships with this kit only.

In the box

  • Printed intake manifold with M6 vacuum port, insert pressed and hole drilled
  • 0.062″ flange gaskets (RTV optional, per the instructions)
  • 4 bonded washers
  • Strip of Rescue Tape for the 40 mm adapter joint
  • M6 vacuum barb + O-ring — or M6 bolt + bonded washer plug for AIS-deleted bikes

Why it’s not on sale: no kit ships until mid-range and top-end jetting is validated on the dyno, with the TPS connected. Validated jetting comes from a genuine Harley Keihin — results on a clone CV40 may differ.

What “Free” Actually Means

05 / THE DEAL

Two different things wear the word free around here, and they shouldn’t be confused.

Free forever — no dongle needed

Your account, profile, and garage, the member book, the forum, and talking to people. That’s the family, and the family is free forever. Nobody loses their account, profile, or garage at any tier — ever.

Free month of everything — earned by the dongle

Buying the dongle includes one free month of everything: all diagnostics live, history saving, multi-bike, guided tuning, Ride Monitor, trends, Share Live. After it, Pro and Premium are planned — and day passes will run $1.50 per diagnostic per 24 hours. With no pass and no subscription, the dongle steps down to simulator mode; your history stays preserved underneath.

AT SIGN-UP

Nothing starts

Joining the family starts no clock and charges nothing. Look around, run the simulators, build your garage.

AT PURCHASE

Still nothing starts

A dongle sitting in its box burns nothing. The month is yours until you’re ready to use it.

FIRST SERIAL REGISTRATION → CLOCK STARTS

Your free month begins

The first time your dongle logs in with its serial number, the month of everything starts. The serial follows you — one dongle, every bike you own. Diagnostic history follows each bike’s VIN, so it can pass to a new owner with the bike.
